HERB BISCUITS MEAT PIE 
1 lg. round steak, cubed
2 tbsp. fat
1 pkg. onion soup mix
4 c. boiling water
2 c. carrots, cut into circles
2 cans mushrooms
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. water

Brown meat; stir in onion soup mix with water. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add carrots and mushrooms; simmer 20 minutes more. Thicken with water and flour mixture. Cook 20 minutes more or until meat is tender. Top with herb biscuits.
