MEAT AND BISCUIT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. round steak, cubed
Salt and pepper
2 c. cream of chicken soup
Butter
Onion
Sour cream
Cracker crumbs

Cube round steak. Flavor with salt and pepper. Brown in butter. Add cream of chicken soup (1 can) with 2 or 3 cans of water. Add chopped medium size onion. Simmer 30 minutes. Pour in casserole. Make baking powder biscuits.

Make balls and dip in butter and roll in cracker crumbs. Place on top of meat and bake until biscuits are done. When ready to serve, make sauce of 1 cup cream of chicken soup and 1 cup sour cream. Heat on stove. Put on top of casserole.
