MEXICAN FUDGE 
8 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese
8 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. mild green taco sauce
1 can green chilies (I use 1/3 to 1/2 can)

Grease 1 (7"x11") pan. Put the 2 cheeses together on bottom of pan. Use only half of this mixture. Next pour eggs over this and then your taco mixture and green chilies. Take the rest of the cheese and put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let set 5 minutes and then cut into squares. Serve with chips.
