PEACH CUSTARD 
1 can peaches (reg. or lite), drained
4 eggs (can use Scramblers)
3/4 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk (can use lite)
2 tsp. vanilla
1 to 2 c. milk (can use 2%)
2 unbaked pie shells

Put eggs, sugar, canned milk, and vanilla into blender. Add enough milk to fill blender. Blend well. Put peaches in pie shells. Pour liquid mixture over peaches. Bake at 350 degrees until set and golden brown.
