1 can apples
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 3/4 c. sugar

Combine apples, eggs and vanilla. Then combine all remaining dry ingredients and then add oil. Mix thoroughly. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry when tested. Cover with powdered sugar.
