MOON CAKE 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. flour
4 eggs
Cool Whip
2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding (I use French vanilla)
3 c. milk

Bring water and butter to boil. Stir in flour, stir until dough forms ball. Beat in eggs one at a time. Spread in greased 9"x13" pan, bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool.

Prepare 2 packages pudding with 3 cups milk according to directions. Soften cream cheese in microwave first (it will blend better). Add cream cheese to pudding, mix well. Spread pudding on cooled cake. Top with Cool Whip and drizzle with chocolate syrup.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
