1 lb. ground beef Salt and pepper (to taste) 1 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. flour 1 sm. onion (diced) 1 can cream of mushroom soup Any kind of shredded cheese Brown ground beef and diced onion. Add salt and pepper. Combine soup, sour cream and flour. Add to meat mixture and cook until thick. Spread on open faced buns and put cheese on top. Place under broiler until cheese melts. |
