CHAMPAGNE PUNCH 
1 c. orange juice (chilled)
2 c. lemon juice (chilled)
2 1/2 c. basic sugar syrup
1 qt. sauterne (chilled)
2 qt. soda water (chilled)
1 qt. champagne (chilled)

Combine juices, syrup and sauterne; pour into punch bowl. Just before serving, pour soda water into punch mixture. Add champagne; stir once or twice just to mix. Add ice cubes to punch. Serve in champagne glasses. Yields about 20 cups.
