SALMON QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. salmon
1/3 c. chopped green onion
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Unbaked pie crust for 12 inch pie

Beat eggs, milk, mayonnaise, and cornstarch. Stir in salmon, onions, salt and pepper and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
