SWISS GREEN BEANS 
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. sour cream
4 c. drained green beans, cooked
2 c. Special K cereal
2 c. grated Swiss cheese (1/2 lb.)

Melt butter, stir in flour, salt, pepper and sugar. Add sour cream gradually, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened. Fold in green beans, heat thoroughly. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine Special K and grated cheese. Sprinkle over beans. Bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes.
