SWISS GREEN BEANS 
2 cans French style green beans
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1/4 lb. mild Swiss cheese

Drain beans. Set aside. In small skillet melt butter. Stir in flour, seasoning and onion. Gradually add sour cream and stir until thick. Then add green beans and 1/2 of grated cheese. Put in casserole and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
