3 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cold water
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. Wesson oil
2 tsp. vinegar

Sift all the dry ingredients into an ungreased cake pan 13 1/2 x 8 1/2. Mix well, make 3 holes in the mixture, pour 3/4 cup oil in one, 1 teaspoon vanilla in one, and 2 teaspoon vinegar in one. Pour over this 2 cups cold water and mix well with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
