1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Mix together in 9x9 inch pan. Make a well in center and add 1/3 cup oil. Make two small wells and add 1 teaspoon vanilla in one and 1 tablespoon vinegar in the other. Pour 1 cup water over mixture and mix well with fork, until well blended. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until cake pulls away from pan.
