CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 c. sugar
3 c. cake flour
6 eggs
3 sticks butter
3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 tsp. lemon extract

1. Blend cream cheese until fluffy.

2. Add butter and continue to cream well.

3. Add sugar, one cup at a time, mix well.

4. Add eggs, one at a time and beat well after each egg.

5. Gradually add flour and mix well.

6. Pour in vanilla and lemon extract; mix well.

7. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until tested done in well greased cake pan.
