QUICK RICE PUDDING 
1 cooking bag of Minute Rice
1 box vanilla Jello instant pudding
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Drop bag of rice in boiling water. Cook rice for 8 minutes. Mix instant Jello pudding as directed on box.

Let rice cool then mix rice and pudding together. Add nutmeg or flavor of your choice. Example: cinnamon, vanilla or nutmeg. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
