CORN BREAD 
2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. oil
2 beaten eggs
1/2 can creamed corn
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. cornmeal mix
Pam

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray pan or Pyrex dish (8 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches) with Pam. Beat together the first five ingredients, then stir in cornmeal mix. Bake until brown, about 30 minutes.
