1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tsp. parsley, chopped (optional)
2 lg. cucumbers, peeled and sliced

Combine all ingredients except cucumbers; mix well. Toss cucumbers in sauce until well coated. Chill. Yield 6-8 servings.
