BAKED CHICKEN & RICE 
2 boned chicken breast halves
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. uncooked rice
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 can chicken broth

Cook chicken with flour, salt, paprika and pepper. In a 10" skillet, brown chicken on both sides in butter. Combine remaining ingredients in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Place chicken on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed. Serves 2.
