3 c. corn niblets
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Pinch of nutmeg
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/8 c. scalded milk

Beat eggs. Slowly add the scalded milk. Add all the other ingredients. Pour into a greased baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees until a knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 to 40 minutes.
