EASY BARBEQUED SPARERIBS 
3-4 lbs. country spareribs
1 c. favorite barbeque sauce
1 c. water
1 lg. onion, sliced thin
1 green pepper, sliced thin
Salt & pepper to taste

Remove any excess fat from ribs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in shallow pan. Place under broiler to brown. Mix sauce and water. Pour over ribs, add onion and peppers on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Baste often. Add water to sauce as needed. Serves 8.
