SPARERIBS WITH ORANGE BARBECUE
SAUCE
 
4 lbs. spareribs
1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. hot barbecue sauce
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. prepared mustard
4-5 green onions, finely chopped

Sprinkle both sides of ribs with lemon pepper. Cut into serving size pieces. Place ribs in a single layer in a larger, shallow roasting dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
