SPICY ORANGE BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed but undiluted
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Mix all ingredients and 1 JUICE CAN OF WATER in small saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring over medium heat. Makes about 2 cups or enough for 3 broiler-fryers.
