EASY SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c. diced onions
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) jar apple jelly
1 c. catsup
2 tbsp. wine vinegar

Combine ground beef, crumbs, onions, salt, pepper, parsley, eggs and milk. Shape into balls. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes depending on size of meatballs.

Combine apple jelly, catsup and wine vinegar in saucepan and heat on medium until jelly is melted. Mix meatballs and sauce together in electric frying pan or other warming dish. Serve with toothpicks or serve as a side dish.
