EASY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground meat
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 slices bread (crumbs)
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 egg
1 can cream of celery soup

Mix first six ingredients together. Make into small meatballs. Brown lightly on both sides in skillet and drain.

Mix soup and 1/2 can of water in saucepan. Add meatballs and simmer about 25 minutes.

Soup will make gravy. Serve with mashed potatoes. (You can double recipe.)
