QUICK 'N EASY MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. water
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. oatmeal
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Spread soup evenly in bottom of 8 x 13 glass pan. Mix beef, water, onion, soup mix, eggs and crumbs together.

Makes 8 large meatballs. Place on top of soup. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn meatballs once during baking.
