CASSEROLE SPECIAL 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) lite cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. (12 oz. can) whole kernel corn (drained)
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, drained and chopped
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 can refrigerated flaky baking powder biscuits

Brown meat; add onion and cook until tender. Stir in cream cheese and soup until blended. Add corn, pimento and seasonings. Pour into 12x8 inch baking dish. Place biscuits around edge of casserole. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
