GREEN ENCHILADAS 
1 pkg. tortillas
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1 sm. onion, chopped
4 oz. can chopped green chilies
1 c. Velveeta cheese, grated
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 (8 oz.) pkg. American cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can milk
1 (25 cent size) of green onion dip mix

Brown meat and onion; drain. Add grated American cheese, can of green chilies, and pimentos. Add green onion dip mix. Layer meat and tortillas. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
