GRANDMA RUTH BANKS CHOCOLATE PIE 
5 eggs
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tall can of Pet milk
1 can of water
Pinch of salt

In a saucepan combine sugar, cocoa and cornstarch. Add Pet milk and water, bring to a boil. Separate eggs. Beat egg yolks with a fork in a bowl. When mixture thickens and coats a spoon, add a small amount of mixture to the egg yolks. Then add this mixture to the mixture in saucepan and cook for a few minutes. Pour into 2 baked pie shells and top with meringue.
