1 c. sugar
3 round tbsp. flour
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar and flour; add eggs. Save whites if you want icing. Mix well and add milk. Mix and cook on a slow fire until it bubbles. Should be thick. Add vanilla. This can be used as a pudding or a filling for banana pudding or filling for a pie.
