TWO PIZZAS 
1 tbsp. olive oil or oil, med. heat
1 sm. onion or less chopped, stir 5 min., add
1 sm. clove garlic, peeled & minced, stir 5 min., add
2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/8 tsp. coarse black pepper

Cook until bubbly. Let cool while making dough. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease pans. 1 cup warm water (105-110 degrees) in large warmed bowl.

Add 1/4 teaspoon sugar, sprinkle surface with 2 packages dry yeast; let stand 5 minutes. Stir in 2 cups plus 4 tablespoons flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Knead lightly. Spread in pans. Prick dough with fork. Bake dough 5 minutes. Add sauce, pepperoni, Canadian bacon or hamburger and green pepper (add the last 5 minutes). Sprinkle 2 large packages mozzarella cheese over tops. Bake additional 20-25 minutes.
