SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. white sugar
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Beat eggs. Combine with milk, sugar, potatoes, butter and vanilla. Mix well and spoon into 2-quart casserole dish.

Using topping ingredients, melt butter. Combine flour, brown sugar and 1/2 cup nuts. Mix well and spread on top of sweet potato mixture. Top with remaining nuts.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
