NEW YORK CHEESECAKE 
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 lb. ricotta cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs
8 tbsp. flour
16 oz. sour cream
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Cream together cream cheese, sugar and flour. Add eggs, sour cream, ricotta and vanilla. Mix well. Batter will be lumpy. Pour into 9 1/2 inch springform pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake at 350 degrees for 70 minutes, turn off oven and leave in for 2 hours. Don't open oven door. Cool and put in refrigerator.
