MOM'S CHERRY CHEESECAKE 
1 lb. ricotta cheese
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs
6 tbsp. flour
1 pt. sour cream
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 jar cherry pie filling

Beat all ingredients (except cherry pie filling), one ingredient at a time. Pour into 10 inch springform pan. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Turn off oven and leave in oven for 1/2 hour more. Cool. Top with cherries.
