BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine and cook in greased casserole at 300 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
