TURKEY LASAGNE 
Lasagne noodles
2 c. Bechamel Sauce
2 c. diced, cooked turkey
1 c. Mozzarella, shredded
1 c. green vegetable (ex. broccoli)
16 oz. spaghetti sauce

BECHAMEL SAUCE:

4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk

1. Prepare noodles as directed on box. Prepare Bechamel Sauce (basic white sauce) as follows: Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Stir in milk, heat to boiling, stirring constantly until thickened.

2. Layer ingredients in 9 x 13 inch pan as follows: noodles, 1 cup Bechamel Sauce, 1 cup turkey, 1/2 cup cheese, layer of noodles, remaining turkey, vegetable, Bechamel Sauce, 1/2 cup cheese, layer of noodles. Top with spaghetti sauce.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
