TURKEY LURKEY 
2 leeks, green tops removed, split lengthwise, washed, chopped
1 yellow onion, chopped
2 c. celery diced
1 1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
3 c. cooked turkey, coarsely diced
2 c. sour cream
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 tbsp. ground coriander
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. granulated garlic
1 tsp. turmeric
3/4 c. toasted, chopped almonds
1 pkg. frozen peas, defrosted, drained
1 c. crushed tortilla chips
Parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients except cheese, place in a large casserole, cover and bake for 40 minutes, uncover and sprinkle with grated Parmesan and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
