CREAM GRAVY 
2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Scald milk in saucepan (heat until milk bubbles). Melt butter in another saucepan. Add flour to melted butter and stir until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in scalded milk and beat with a wire whisk until smooth. Reduce heat and simmer 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serves 4.
