CHICKEN WITH SOUR CREAM GRAVY 
4 chicken breast halves
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple rings
1/2 tsp. thyme
3/4 c. white wine
1 c. sour cream
4 chopped green onions
Vegetable cooking spray

Brown chicken in skillet coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with thyme and garlic powder. Drain pineapple juice into skillet. Add wine; cover and simmer 30 minutes. Place chicken on serving plate and top each breast with a pineapple ring. Stir sour cream into pan juices. Heat, then add green onion just before serving. Excellent served with spinach noodles.
