3-2-1 CAKE (MAKES INDIVIDUAL
CAKES)

1 box angel food cake mix
1 box cake mix (any kind)
water

Mix angel food cake mix and box of any kind cake mix. Put in gallon bag or container and shake.

For one individual cake:

3 tablespoons cake mix
2 tablespoons water

Mix and put into small microwaveable dish and cook for 1 minute in microwave.

Frost with Cool Whip, fruit or icing.

Keep cake mix in pantry (does not have to be refrigerated).

Try burying things in the cakes. I have used a minature Mounds bar, blueberries, crushed pineapple etc. Sometimes I sprinke coconut on top.

We have two containers (one yellow, one chocolate) of this in the pantry for those evening sweet cravings. My mother makes hers using the individual fruit cocktails. She uses the fruit cocktail juice in place of the water.
