NATALIE HANAN'S HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, boned, skinned & split
8 oz. can sliced pineapple, packed in juice
4 oz. juice from pineapple
2 oz. teriyaki sauce

Marinate chicken breasts overnight in pineapple juice and teriyaki sauce. Broil 10 minutes on underside. Turn. Place a slice of pineapple of each breast half. Broil 10 minutes. Can be served as main course of rice pilaf or makes a great looking sandwich on bun with shredded lettuce and tomato.
