ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1 can green chiles, chopped
1 1/2 c. zucchini squash, finely chopped
2 eggs
1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
2/3 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt

Stir all ingredients until just moistened. Pour into 8 inch square greased baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until set.
