2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
1/3 c. salad oil
Cinnamon

Mix and sift the first 4 ingredients into a bowl. Make a well and add remaining ingredients. Stir enough to dampen flour. Turn into two greased 8" layer or pie pans. Sprinkle with the cinnamon toppings. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.

TOPPING: Mix 1/3 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Cut in 3 tablespoons butter.
