ZUCCHINI VEGETABLE SOUP | |
2 lg. cans tomato juice 2 lg. cans water 2 tbsp. Italian seasoning mix 8-10 beef bouillon cubes 4 tbsp. onion flakes or 1 red onion, cut up 8 sm. zucchini, cut up 2 lg. cans mushrooms 2 c. diced celery 2 c. diced carrots 2 lb. hamburger, fried and drained Mix ingredients and simmer 2 hours. Makes 2 gallons. |
