BAKED CHICKEN 
6 chicken legs
2 tbsp. white cooking wine
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing

Mix above ingredients. Peel skin from chicken and make slits with fork and marinate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in an uncovered dish. Turn the pieces over and bake another 1/2 hour uncovered until desired tenderness. If color is desired, sprinkle paprika on chicken before baking. Serves 3.
