4 chicken breasts or legs
1 bottle Russian dressing
1 jar apricot preserves
Dash of salt and black pepper
1 tbsp. butter

Wash chicken and season with your favorite seasoning. Melt butter in baking dish. Place chicken in pan and add all ingredients. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
