CHICKEN EN SAKE 
1 chicken, cut up
Garlic salt
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. flour
Salad oil
2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. sake, mirin or white wine
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
MSG

Cut chicken in small pieces. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Dip in egg mixture, then flour. Fry in deep fat. Combine wine, soy sauce, sugar and MSG. Cook together until sugar is dissolved. Dip chicken in sauce and bread crumbs. Place chicken in pan and bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees.
