BEER CHEESE 
1 lb. aged sharp Cheddar cheese (not processed cheese)
1 lb. American cheese
2 garlic pods
3/4 of 12 oz. bottle of beer (about 1 c.)
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. powdered mustard
Dash of Tabasco

Grind cheese with garlic cloves. Mix with Worcestershire, salt, mustard and Tabasco. Whip with an electric mixer, adding enough beer to make a spreadable paste. Store in a covered jar in the refrigerator. Aging will improve the flavor.
