1 lb. cheddar cheese 1 lb. Swiss cheese 1 garlic clove, mashed 1 tsp. dry mustard 1-2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 c. beer (approx.) Grind or grate cheese finely. Mix cheese, garlic, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Gradually beat in beer until mix is well blended and can be spread. Store in refrigerator. Put out at room temperature. Old recipe but still good! |
