BEER CHEESE 
12 oz. pkg. Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. Roka salad dressing
2 pkgs. cream cheese (lg.)
1 can beer
2 squirts Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic, chopped or ground
1 tsp. onion, chopped or ground

In saucepan heat and melt beer, Cheddar cheese, Roka, garlic, onion and Worcestershire. When hot, add cream cheese. Beat with mixer until smooth. Refrigerate. Hollow out a loaf of rye or similar bread. Pour into loaf. Cube hollowed out section, use for dipping.
