FRENCH PANCAKE | |
1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. milk 2 eggs, lightly beaten 4 to 6 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. powdered sugar Juice of 1/2 lemon Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine flour, milk, and eggs. Beat lightly, leaving the batter a little lumpy. Melt butter in a 12 inch heatproof skillet or baking pan, and when very hot, pour in the batter and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with sugar and return to oven briefly. Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve immediately. |
